The Church of Divine Mercy in Miloslavov (Alžbetin Dvor) was built in 1998. The designer, architect Klement Trizuljak, gave the building its necessary symbolism and character through his work. The ground plan of the building is in the shape of a ship, symbolizing the Barque of Saint Peter. It is oriented in an east-west direction, and the interior of the nave is open. There are twelve beams supporting the roof, representing the twelve apostles of Jesus Christ and characterizing the strength of the ship. In the center of the nave—above the church entrance—is a clerestory window with a stained-glass work symbolizing the transformations of the modern era. It depicts a flame representing fire, earthquakes, and wars. The left side of the stained glass uses images of rain, falling stars, the sun, and a broken moon to characterize natural disasters, earthquakes, and storms. In the upper part, a dove is depicted—the symbol of the Holy Spirit, hovering over a restless world. On the front wall in the center of the nave is a relief of Jesus Christ according to the vision of Sister Faustina, created by academic sculptor Peter Hložník. Fourteen windows on the outer perimeter of the building symbolize the fourteen Stations of the Cross and the Passion of Jesus Christ. The church tower is 22.7 meters high, exactly as tall as the tower of the nearby former Church of St. Elizabeth of Hungary according to historical documents.
