The Chapel of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary in Mliečno was consecrated in 1913 by the then parish priest of Šamorín on the Feast of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, August 15. The chapel was built with funds from the faithful, from collections and donations over a period of several months. Above the altar is a wooden statue of the Virgin Mary, and on both sides of the chapel are other statues: a statue of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, a statue of the Virgin Mary as Queen of the Rosary, and statues of St. Joseph, St. Aloysius, St. Florian, and St. Anthony. The interior of the chapel was completely renovated in 2012–2013.
The interior of the chapel was completely renovated in 2012–2013. On this occasion, colorful stained glass windows depicting famous saints of Hungarian origin were placed in the chapel windows.
