The most significant landmark of the village is the Roman Catholic church located in its center. It was built between 1885 and 1886, with construction taking only one year. The church is 32 m long, 20 m wide, and its tower reaches a height of 42 m. It is a three-aisled structure, with part of the building originating from an older Romanesque church that was demolished during the construction of the new temple. The mural in the presbytery dates back to 1959 and was created by Mr. Massányi.
In front of the church stands a statue of Saint Wendelin – the Good Shepherd – with the inscription on the pedestal: “Come to me, all of you.”
