The Jewish cemetery located on the outskirts of the town is a memorial site of the former Jewish community of Veľký Meder. The cemetery lies north of the town on flat terrain. It is enclosed by a concrete wall and measures 72 × 50 meters. The vast majority of the tombstones are made of grey or white marble. There are 218 gravestones in total. The inscriptions on the monuments are in Hebrew, with only a minimal number bearing Hungarian or German inscriptions.
