We will meet in Vojka by the Danube, on the banks of the Danube arms near the football field. After an instruction session, determining the crews, and distributing paddles and life jackets, we will head out onto the water. The arms in this section will be diverse, initially wide enough for us to master paddling and to get accustomed to the 2, 3, or 4-person canoes.

Along the way, we will visit a beautiful arm that was once connected to the old Danube. On the water, we can observe swans with cygnets, grey herons, silver and purple herons, cormorants, and with a bit of luck, a kingfisher, as well as signs of beavers.

We will stop for a break at Lake Vojka, where, if the weather permits, we can swim in the clean, warm water. After the break, we will take a look at the blooming water lilies nearby. By navigating around a picturesque islet, we will reach a faster-flowing section of water, from which we will divert toward our “mini Niagara.” We will ride the swift current until we suddenly find ourselves back at the place where we started this interesting and great day!
