This 50-year-old typical house on the Žitný Island is located in a quiet cul-de-sac on a 6,500 square meter landscaped plot, close to the thermal spa and the city. The thermal spa offers various pools, water slides, saunas, a wellness center, and massages. You can also enjoy a delicious dinner at one of the nearby restaurants.
