The chapel is located in Malá Lúča. It was built in the Classical style in the second half of the 18th century and was rebuilt in 1884.
It is a single-nave building with a presbytery vaulted with a Prussian vault, while the nave has a flat ceiling. The chapel contains the altar of St. Anne, Baroque–Classical in style from the late 18th century. The statues of St. Florian and St. Wendelin date from around 1800. The chapel was renovated in the late 1980s. The statue of St. Anne was stolen in 1991 from the niche above the portal.
