The church of the Orthodox Church of the Most Holy Mother of God is built in the late Baroque style from the mid-18th century. The decorated benches were purchased by the church community at an auction from the Camaldolese Monastery in Majkpuszta. Their artistic wood carvings are the work of the Viennese master Franz Xaver Seegen. In the courtyard of the church are placed the tombstones of the Supreme Commander, the commander of the fortress Baron Pál Davidovics, and the county judge János Domonkos, who became the model for the main character of Móra Jókai’s novel, The Golden Man.
