MonRaw Bistro is a unique, tastefully designed spot in the heart of Dunajská Streda, where gastronomy meets music. The founders of the bistro, Lajos Ollé and his wife Mónika, decided to pursue their shared dream during the challenges of the COVID era: to open a restaurant based on their passion for meat-free cuisine. What began as home cooking has since grown into one of the city’s most distinctive culinary destinations, welcoming guests with vegetarian and vegan dishes. MonRaw is not only about flavors, but also about community and experiences – a place where good food and good vibes go hand in hand.
