This Reformed church was built in 1786 by order of Joseph II in the neoclassical style. The church was built by Dolné Holiare, Dolné Holiare and Bodza together. It took its present form in 1841 and its pulpit was built in the first half of the 19th century. In 2006, a memorial column was erected in the churchyard in honour of Pastor Lajos Gulyás (1918-1957), who began his pastoral ministry here in 1942.
