On April 20, 2013, a memorial was unveiled in honor of the Hungarians forcibly expelled from Czechoslovakia after World War II under the Beneš Decrees. The memorial, located in the Leisure Park, was commissioned by the Civic Association for the Preservation of Hungarian Identity. On the black marble plaque, figures of people and a train are depicted, symbolizing the expulsions.
